Description

Design/build project including all plant, labor, equipment and materials necessary to renovate existing buildings for military training purposes and provide site facilities for the location. Project includes clearing of debris; design and construct: storm water management system; three small arms ranges; parade ground; entire existing road network; perimeter security fence; design and restore existing: sanitary sewer system; water supply and distribution system; primary electrical power distribution system; street and motor pool lighting system; design and construct: two pre-engineered metal warehouse storage buildings; two pre-engineered metal barracks buildings; three pre-engineered metal dining facility buildings; packaged water treatment plant; packaged wastewater treatment plant; primary electrical power generation plant; installation ammunition storage facility. The estimated price range for this project is $100,000,00 and $250,000,000 and will be performed at Al-Kasik Army Base, Al-Kasik, Iraq, located 50 kilometers north and west of downtown Mosul. The tentative date for issuing the RFP is 26 Nov 03 with a RFP closing date of approximately 25 Dec 03. The project will be completed in phases with a project completion date of approximately 1 June 04. Plans and drawings will be available at the site visit to be conducted approximately eight days after release of RFP. There are no cost associated with the RFP or plans.
