Description

NA Provide services of a Program Manager to administer the Financial Readiness Program (FRP) to assist eligible clients as set forth in the Performance Work Statement and act as the primary point of contact for the orchestration and execution of all Financial Readiness Program efforts. Services will primarily be conducted at the Army Community (ACS) Service Building 812, Forth Monmouth, NJ location. The period of performance is 01 JAN 2004 through 31 DEC 2004 and includes three one-year option periods. The p urpose of the FRP is to operate financial education, information, assistance and counseling service within ACS that focuses on improving the personal financial status of eligible clients and their ability to perform as informed consumers. Proposed acquisit ion is 100% Small Business Set-Aside and award will be made on a Best Value basis. Offeror must have knowledge of the Department of the Army policy governing all ACS programs and a wide variety of social service agencies. At least two years of specialize d experience is required.
