- USAID Hosts Small Business Conference Washington, DC ? The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) will host a conference on Monday, November 24th at the Grand Hyatt Hotel. The ?Inviting Small Business Conference? will help small businesses develop the necessary tools needed to secure prime and sub-contracts for USAID procurement needs in the business sector throughout the world. USAID bureau chiefs and officials, along with contracting and program managers, will also give presentations on what prime contractors are seeking from a small business and the types of qualifications required.
