Description

ISSUE DATE: 12/01/03. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary to remove and replace a warehouse overhead door at Coast Guard Station Provincetown, Provincetown Massachusetts (Barnstable County). The work includes, but is not limited to, the removal of the existing warehouse overhead sectional panel doors, guides, track, etc. Remove existing steel lintels and portion of masonry above lintels and brick/masonry at sides to enlarge the existing opening. Install a new pre-finished, insulated, heavy duty 16 gauge steel, motorized, sectional low headroom door, complete with new guides, track, rear torsion springs, edge sensor and new steel lintels above opening and incidental related work. The estimated cost range of this project is $25,000 to $100,000. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 12/01/03. The date for receipt of quotations is scheduled for 12/30/03 at 2:00 pm. This solicitation is issued in accordance with FAR Part 19, and is 100% set-aside for small business. The applicable NAICS code is 238290 and the size standard is $12 million. Our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form. Any amendments issued to the solicitation will be posted solely on this web site.
