- The seminar Successful Teaming Agreements and Subcontracting will be held on Wednesday November 19, 2003 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at George Mason University Procurement Technical Assistance Program, 4031 University Drive, Suite 200, Fairfax, VA 22030. This course is designed to help small businesses develop successful teaming and subcontract relationships with large businesses and other small businesses and individuals. Examine the purpose of these agreements, the meaning of various provisions, contained in these agreements and discuss strategies for negotiations.
