Description

The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency, Kansas City Management Office, is requesting quotations to purchase new usage kits for the IBM 4317 Laser Printer. IBM brand or equal will be considered. IBM part number is 63H2324. The order will be for 1000 each, with of all 1000 NLT 30 days after receipt of order. This purchase will be 100% set-aside for HUBZone. FAR clause 52.219-3, Notice of total HUBZone set-aside. This order will be made using FAR part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Precedures and FAR Part 19, Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Program. Quotes submitted must include FAR Clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification- Commercial Items. Vendors must beregistered in the Central Contractor Registration, located at www.ccr.gov. Quotations may be faxed to Sharon Dowse, Contracting Officer, 816-926-1782.
