- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is conducted under simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only document to be issued. A formal solicitation WILL NOT be issued. This Notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2001-17. RFQ 673-90F-002-04 should be referenced on the quote. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 339111 and the small business size standard is 500 Employees. This procurement is unristricted. Requirement: ? Brand name only. Chair, Laboratory, Manufactured by KaVo America Corporation. Item Number 69-20, w/o armrests, standard upholstery. ? Provide a delivered price to Tracy California.
