- Description
- This is not a presolicitation notice pursuant to FAR Part 5 or a Request For Proposal pursuant to FAR 15. This is a market survey request pursuant to FAR Part10. The WR-ALC Special Operation Forces Directorate is looking for capable Section 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Businesses willing to compete for a Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract(s) for SOF/CSAR aircraft modifications including but not limited to structural, avionics, radar, electronic warfare, and DeMods. These type efforts would be performed likely on the following aircraft: AC-130H/U, MC-130E, MC-130H, MC-130P, MH-53J/M, HC-130P, HH-60G, and UH-1N. Prospective 8(a) contractors should respond to this market research by completing the attached Capability Questionnaire and returning to the WR-ALC/BC Office. The government will not reimburse any contractor for their participation in the survey. The survey questionnare is due not later than COB December 2nd 2003.
