- 58- Communication-This publication serves as a notice to request for quotation on the following items: Bird Strike Prevention and Control System (Bird Deterent system) to include Part number ASC 1000 Control Hub (includes software) 1 each. Part number ASC 1500 Handheld Transmitter 2 each. Part number SASC 3000 Claw remote station with audio 13 each. Dual Dipole VHF base antenna 1 each. Installation hardware and cables as required. Avian Systems, Brand Name or equal. To also include installation of all bird cannons, computer software and provide training to personnel on use of system and equipment.
