Description

Description: Naval Air Systems Command has a requirement for program IPT development support for V-22 Training Program Systems, PMA-2057A. The contractor shall provide support services to the V-22 Training Program Systems (PMA-2057A); the USMC Federation, and the Blueprint Acquisition Training Team (BATT); the Marine Aviation Training Steering Committee (MATSC); V-22 Osprey Program Office (PMA 275); and V-22 Logistics Integrated Electronic Training Manual (IETM) team. The objectives of the support services provided will be Integrated Product Team development, reorganization, and coaching in order to enhance each team's ability to perform at high levels, to exceed expectations, to enhance customer-client relations, and to adapt quickly to escalating demands. It is anticipated that a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) GSA FSS order against the Management, Organizational and Business Improvement Services (MOBIS) schedule will be awarded. The expected period of performance for this contract will be twelve (12) months from date of award. The RFQ, including SOW, quotation instructions, and selection criteria will be posted to http://www.navair.navy.mil/doing_business/open_solicitations/ by 15 November 2003. All proposals received on or before 12:00 p.m., on 21 November 2003 will be considered by the Government.
