Solicitation N62477-04-R-0455 can be downloaded from E-Sol website located at: http://esol.navfac.navy.mil Hardcopies (paper-sets) or CD-Rom copies of the solicitation will NOT be provided by the Government. Additionally, this modification changes/clarifies the procedures for obtaining Freedom of Information Act(FOIA)information regarding solicitation N62477-04-R-0455 and the incumbent (previous) award documentation. Information requested under the Freedom of Information Act shall be obtained from the website located at: www.lantdiv.navfac.navy.mil under the Organization tab, select EFA-Ches, then click on the FOIA tab. The electronic reading room is located on the right side of the FOIA page. We recommend that you access this information with a browser that supports 128 bit encryption. A preaward conference and site-visit will be held Tuesday, November 18, 2003 at 10:00 AM located at NNMC in Bethesda, MD. All attendees are required to bring picture I.D. to gain access to the base. Attendees are to meet at building 14, basement level, in the Resident Officer in Charge of Contracts (ROICC) Office. Please allow ample time for base entry and parking.
