- Description
- The General Services Administration intents to issue a contract(s) to University of Dayton through solicitation 5TP5703D019. Only one responsbiel source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This procurement is for testing and evaluation for Hontek Corporation?s erosion resistant coatings. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may idenfity their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. All information will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is soley within the discretion of the government.
