Description

The General Services Administrtion intends to issue a contract to Quality Cases & Containers, LLC under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 through reference number 4THO17040530. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-14. Only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements. This procurement is for proprietary cases in support of the US Navy, Stennis Space Center, MS. The proposed contract action is for equipment for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. All information must be received by close of business 11/20/2003. All information submitted on or before this date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Inquiries will only be accepted via e-mail at dewayne.holland@gsa.gov
