Description

DESCRIPTION: SWITCH, LIQUID LEVEL, NSN: 5930-01-245-8342, Approved Source: AIRFLO(06102)P/N 1498-100, DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE (30554) P/N 85-33014. There are no drawings/specification available. The set-aside type for this purchase is SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. Any alternate offer must provide a complete data package including data for the approved and the alternate part for evaluation. Various increments solicited: 25-49, 50-99, 100-149, 150-199, 200-249. The surge requirement for this item is as follows: 122 ea to be delivered in 90 days, 122 ea. to be delivered in 120 days, 122 ea. to be delivered in 150 days, and 122 ea. to be delivered in 180 days. Delivery is to be 50 ea. within 90 days, with 50ea. delivered every 30 days thereafter. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See notes 1 & 26. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed FOUR (4) years. Indefinite Quantity contract anticipated (1 yr. Basic/365 days), 3 ? one year options (1098 days).
