Description

The Government has intentions of contracting with Northrop Grumman (61174) for 4 each of 5895-01-349-4740, P/N 1128AV43005-109. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Since it is anticipated that the terms and conditions of Northrop Grumman?s BOA will be used, a formal RFP was not issued. However, all responsible sources may submit a proposal for the approved parts, Northrop Grumman (61174) P/N 1128AV43005-109 and Northrop Grumman (26512) P/N 1128AV43005-109, which will be considered. The letter RFP opens on November 19, 2003 and closes at 1:00 p.m. on December 19, 2003. The solicitation is for 4 each Interconnecting Boxes, and includes a 100% quantity option and price breaks covering quantities of 2 to 8. The FOB point and Inspection and Acceptance points are Origin. See Numbered Notes 12, 22, and 26
