- THIS IS A CORRECTED VERSION. THIS MODIFICATION IS TO ADD INDUSTRIAL MOBILIZATION/SURGE PLAN AS AN EVALUATION FACTOR. EVALUATION FACTORS ARE AS FOLLOWS IN DESCENDING ORDER OF IMPORTANCE: 1) PRODUCT DEMONSTRATION MODEL, 2) PAST PERFORMANCE, 3) INDUSTRIAL MOBILIZATION / SURGE PLAN AND 4) DLA MENTORING BUSINESS AGREEMENT. A Solicitation will be issued for Liner, Anti-Exposure Flying Coveralls, CWU-23/P (12 sizes), NSN: 8475-00-123-9125(s) as a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Type Contract (IDTC) with a Base Year and Two (2) Option Years. Base Year estimated minimum quantity is 3,902 Ea. the maximum quantity is 5,500 Ea. Estimated quantities for the two option years are Min. 3,200 Ea. and 4,800 Ea. Max. This solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The destinations for the subject items are Defense Depot, New Cumberland, PA and Defense Depot, Tracy, CA. There will be eight deliveries. Production lead-time is 180 days after award. Best Value/Source Selection procedures will be utilized in making an award. Evaluation factors are as follows in descending order of importance: 1) Product Demonstration Model; 2) Past Performance; 3) Industrial Mobilization / Surge Plan and DLA Mentoring Business Agreement. Government reserves the right to award on a basis other than price alone. All materials are contractor furnished. See numbered notes 1, 9 and 26. (as defined in DFARS clause 252.225-7014) must be grown, reprocessed, reused, melted or produced in the United States, its possessions or Puerto Rico, unless one of the DFARS 225.7002-2 exceptions applies.
