Description

This notice of intent is to acknowledge The Department of Housing and Urban Development?s intent to award on a sole source basis a new contract to existing support contractor (Advanced Technology Systems, Inc) for continued system maintenance and operations support services for HUDCAPS and the various subsystems and Financial Accounting Program. The systems support services being sought consist of the following: 1) perform adaptive maintenance, 2) perform corrective maintenance, 3) provide operations support and customer support including provide troubleshooting, and database administration, 4) provide project management support, 5) Financial Accounting and Program and 6) provide transition support. HUDCAPS consists of approximately 2,900 software programs with 1.8 million lines of code supporting over ? billion records residing in over 400 DB2 tables and VSAM files. The contract type is anticipated to be a Firm-Fixed Price contract. The performance period for this task order will be approximately six (6) months with an option to extend per month for a total of 10-months from the date of award.
