- BASIC WORK: Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to 1.1.1 Remove the existing acoustical suspended ceiling tiles along with the ceiling supporting elements to provide access for HVAC corrections and the installation of natural fiber batt insulation. 1.1.2 Remove as many ceiling tiles as necessary for access to space above the existing ceiling in order to install new R-30 un-faced natural fiber batt insulation. Install canopies over the existing light fixtures to protect the insulation from the hot light fixtures as required for a Class “A: ceiling installation. Replace the removed ceiling tiles. 1.1.3 Provide new 2 x2 acoustical suspended ceiling tiles with R-30 un-faced natural fiber batt insulation above. 1.1.4 Provide two (2) new interior vestibules at the exterior entries to corridors 102A and 122A. Vestibules to be aluminum and glass store front material. 1.1.5 Recaulk all of the exterior windows. 1.1.6 Repair all of the entrance doors, adjust hardware and replace the weather stripping. Adjust doors to ensure that they are closing and sealing properly. 1.1.7 Provide R15 natural fiber insulation on the interior surface of the exposed steel at the building entrances. Provide metal stud and drywall enclosure covers for the insulation. 1.1.8 Touch up and repair any finishes damaged during construction operations. 1.2. Install electric hydronic baseboard heaters with individual thermostats. 1.2.2 Modify the existing ductwork with additional duct, diffusers and grills, for proper air distribution. 1.2.3 clean ductwork and change the filters. 1.2.4 Adjust and balance air flow to design conditions.1.3.1 Provide new wiring /conduit for the new baseboard heaters. 1.3.2 Provide new circuit breakers, installed in the existing panel boards, to supply power to the new baseboard heaters. 1.5.1 Provide an exterior vestibule at the emergency exit door on the South side of the Admin/ESU Bldg. The new vestibule shall be shop fabricated aluminum store-front material, erected at the site on a new concrete foundation. The vestibule shall have electric heat and a ventilation fan. The NAICS 238990, the size standard is $ 12.0 million. The due date for quotes has not been scheduled. This procurement is a total HUB-Zone Set Aside. The estimated range of the project is between $100,000 and $250,000. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS .
