Description

NA DESC: NSN: 7125-01-225-1199, Part Number: 11023801; NSN: 7125-01-225-1200, Part Number: 11023802; NSN: 7125-01-225-1202, Part Number: 11023404; and NSN: 7125-01-225-1203, Part Number: 11023800. These items to be procured are storage cabinets to be manufa ctured in accordance with DRAFT Battlefield Maintenance Systems Engineering Description for Purchase (DFP-433) dated 18 November 2003. Quantities are not known at this time, but it is anticipated that 11 each NSN: 7125-01-225-1199; 13 each NSN: 7125-01-2 25-1200; 36 each NSN: 7125-01-225-1202; and 11 each NSN: 7125-01-225-1203 will be the initial quantities to procure. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be a five (5) year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Type contract in accordance with FAR 16.504. FOB is Destination. Estimated issue date of the solicitation and DFP for these items is estimated to be December 19, 2003. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c) therefore h ardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above intern et address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same. This procurement is 100% small business set-aside. See Note 26.
