Carlton, Contracting Officer, FAX number 256-955-9310. NO TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED. PRON: AX4J0010AX, NSN: 3110-00-446-6386, PN: 204-011-430-1, Quantity: 6 each applicable to UH-l Airframe, delivery to Los Angeles, CA. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 360 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Required delivery without First Article Testing is 240 DACA. Delivery with Alternate II is 300 DACA. This item is restricted to Kaydon Corporation, CAGE 32828 and Bell Helicopter, CAGE 97499 because this part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that r ecognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking und er Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicit ation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
