Description

NA The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, is soliciting offers under Request for Quotation (RFQ) No W912BU-04-T-0009 for Portable Toilet Rental at Blue March Lake, 1268 Palisades Drive, Leesport, Pennsylvania 19533, in accordance with scope of work. The contract will have a period of performance for the Base Year from 01 January 2004 through 31 December 2004 and will contain 2 additional 1-year option periods. Award will be made to the lowest offeror. The RFQ will be available on or about N ovember 20, 2003. Contractors must register on the Internet and download RFQ package and all amendments from the following address https://ebs.nap.usace.army.mil on or after the issue date of the RFQ. If any contractor information changes during the adv ertisement period, contractors are responsible to make changes to their user profile on the Internet. Failure to make changes in their user profile may cause a delay in receiving notice of the RFQ or any amendments. RFQ documents will be furnished only o n the website; hard copies will not be available. Offers will be due on 04 December 2003 at the close of business, (4:00 p.m. eastern time). Offerors are responsible for printing paper copies of the RFQ. This procurement is 100% Set Aside for Small Busi ness. The North Atlantic Industrial Classification (NAIC) for this procurement is 562991 with a size standard of $3.5 Million. No other notification to firms will be made for this project. All Contractors must be registered in the DoD???s Central Contra ctor Registration before reward as required by DFARS 204.7300 and must be in compliance with VETS 100 reporting requirement. Instructions will be included in the RFQ.
