Description

HYDROLOGIC INSTRUMENTATION: The U. S. Geological Survey intends to issue an order under other than full and open competition to Cooper Tools, 1000 Lufkin RD, Apex, NC 27502. The purpose of this acquisition is to purchase Carbon Steel Tape on Reels. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No RFQ will be submitted. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. See note 22.
