Description: Due to grounding of a number of EA-6B aircraft has intensified the need for the accelerated delivery schedule of aircraft already inducted for repair, modification and/or upgrade. Accordingly, award of an undefinitized contract modification to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation will be processed in order to preclude a day-for-day slippage of the planned acceleration. FAR 5.202(2) applies for this action.
