- Description
- This PR is initiated to obtain a test set electronic applicable to the AAR-47 Flight Line Test Set (FLTS). The FLTS is a piece of support equipment used on the flight line to test the AAR-47 system. The NSN is 4920-01-419-3264EW and the part number is 2643382 for a quantity of 21 ea. The approximate issue/response date will be 19 December 2003. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source: Alliant Integrated Defense Company, 06424, N. Clearwater, Florida. Authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) only one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Alliant is the original equipment manufacturer and the Government did not procure the data package. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the government will consider all proposals received within forty-five days after date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. See CBD Notes: 22,26
