- NA The recorded session from the information exchange conference for the DTS small business soicitation held on October 27, 2003 can be accessed on the United States Department of Army Interactive Business Opportunities Page (IBOP) Army Single Face to Industr y (ASFI) web site and maybe found at: https://abop.monmouth.army.mil . All parties interested in doing business with ITEC4 are invited to access, operate, send and receive information from the Interactive Business Opportunities Page. Registration for a user ID and password will be necessary when browsing or considering the submission of proposals to ITEC4 over the IBOP. This can be accomplished by selecting the New User Registration icon in the center of the IBOP Home Page under User S ervices. After obtaining a User ID and Password you may access document relating to the Draft RFP by simply selecting ITEC4W-Active under Army Solicitations Login & View By Army Contracting Activity. You will then be asked to input your User ID and Passwor d. Clicking on the Yellow Folder next to the Draft RFP number W91QUZ-04-R-0003 will take you to the electronic folder where you may download the recorded session attachment to your computer.
