NA DFARS Transformation Integrated System (DTIS) Request for Information Notice Solicitation Number:DASW01-02-R-0010 The Defense Acquisition Regulations System (DARS) Office has determined the need to obtain a new end-to-end, integrated system to manage the DoD acquisition rulemaking progress. The DARS Office anticipates that this new system will result in improvement t o the acquisition rulemaking process and also further DoD DARS office?s implementation of key provisions in the President?s Management Agenda, eGov requirements, and other regulatory mandates. The DoD DARS Office is posting a draft copy of the RFP for the DTIS on the internet web site at http://www.acq.osd.mil/dp/dars/new.html and on FedBizOpps to provide the public an opportunity to give comments. The deadline for receipt of comments is Dec. 8, 2003. Submit comments in writing to carolyn.turner@hqda.army.mil The DoD DARS Office would like to meet with potential offerors to brief them on the DFARS transformation effort and to discuss the draft RFP. The Pre-solicitation Industry Meeting is scheduled for Dec 1, 2003 1:30PM - 3:00PM at the Plaza Level Conference Room 1001, 1777 North Kent Street, Rosslyn Plaza North, Arlington, VA 22209.
