Description

NA This acquisition is for a new, one-year, Firm-Fixed Price, Requirements contract with four one-year options for a cumulative estimated quantity of 750 each C-10909 Flight Control Panels, NSN 1680-01-301-3792, Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation P/N 70902-01070-0 48 and 750 each AM-7106E/A Stabilator, Amplifiers, NSN 5895-01-316-2743, Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation P/N 70902-02001-048, P/O UH-60 Black Hawk Helicopter. This acquisition will be a sole source negotiation with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation because th e Government does not possess the technical data (drawings or specifications) completely defining the form, fit, function, and test requirements of the units being procured. The solicitation will be released on or about 3 December 2003.
