Description

NA The Contracting Division, Pine Bluff Arsenal has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment and transportation to repair, replace and/or install new sewer lines in accordance with drawings CV-SE-S-128, sheets 1 and 2 and spec ification AMSSB-OPB-PWE-2003-04 dated 28 Oct 2003. The type of contract will be a requirements contract with a base year period and four, one-year option periods. Individual delivery orders shall be placed against the contract on an as needed basis. Pl ace of performance shall be Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, Arkansas. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 237110. Acquisition shall be conducted pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Program. Wage Decision AR030046 is applicable to this solicitation. The issue date for solicitation W911RP-04-B-0001 is on or after 05 Dec 2003 with an opening date on or after 05 Jan 2004.
