Description

NA The US Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM), 8825 Beulah Street, Fort Belvoir, VA announces its intentions to award one Far Part 12 Commercial contract based on solicitation number W911W4-04-R-0003 to provide support for the management, logistic s support and maintenance of INSCOM Airborne, Ground, Manned and Unmanned Intelligence Reconnaissance Collection and Analysis System (Airborne Reconnaissance Low {ARL} Support). This requirement is anticipated to have one base year with a period of perfor mance of January 1, 2004 ? December 31, 2004 and one option year with a period of performance of January 1, 2005 ? December 31, 2005. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 541 618. The solicitation is available on INSCOM?S INTERNET WEB SITE AT: http://www.inscom.army.mil/contracting. To access go to Solicitations and then to Solicitation Number W911W4-04-R-0003. An AMENDMENT TO THE SOLICITATION HAS BEEN ADDED. Note that there are a total of five(5) needed documents at the web site that relate to this announcement. Interested parties are responsible for checking the website for release of the RFP and for other procurement-related documents. A HARD COPY RFP WILL NOT BE ISSUED f or this requirement. The Government anticipates issuing one award resulting from this solicitation to the responsible vendor whose proposal, conforming to the solicitation offers the BEST VALUE to the Government, price and other factors considered. Propo sals shall be received at COMMANDER, USAINSCOM, ATTN: IAPC-DOC (MS. GLORIA J. HEBRON), 8825 BELUAH STREET, FT. BELVOIR, VA 22060-5246, by hard copy or email to ghebron@inscom.army.mil and rtjacks@inscom.army.mil , no later than 12:00 PM EASTERN STANDARD T IME, December 4 2003. Since ALL procurement-related documents will be released via the Internet. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
