- This is a synopsis for commercial titanium nuts, bolts, washers, and fasteners prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6. The formal solicitation for Request For Quotation (RFQ) number N66604-04-Q-0580 should be issued by 2003 Nov. 21 with all specifications and drawings. Required delivery is 9 weeks after award, F.O.B. Destination Naval Station Newport; Newport, RI. This is 100% set-aside for small business. NAICS Code is 332722; size standard is 500 employees.
