Description
This amendment is for Request for Proposal 777-04-H402 concerning a change of the Period of Performance for this requirement which is now February 22-27, 2004 (approximately 275 sleeping rooms, and required meeting space). Also amended under Part B (2) Computer Classroom: This room should be able to accommodate 40 computer systems with seating for 2 people per computer station. All computers must be on a table with no more than 2 stations per table and no less than 4 people per table (2 per computer station). Each row of tables must be 24 inches or more apart to accommodate chairs and instructors walk-through path. This meeting room should be no less than 2500 sq ft without =?646?Q?pillars_to_obstruct_the_view_of_th?= =?646?Q?e_instructor_and_=93master=94_computer?= =?646?Q?system_to_these_40_=93slave=94_computer?= =?646?Q?s.__Room_must_be_wired_to_be_able_to?= accommodate this number of computer systems plus the additional electrical usage pull when all 40 computers plus a self-contained portable server are on at the same time. This classroom should also have a direct-dial out DSL line capability in order for the instructor computer to access the instructional internet server. It will also be necessary to be able to lock this room from access to all hotel staff after hours as there will need to be a security guard in this meeting =?646?Q?room_during_=93off=94_hours_of_usage.__?= =?646?Q?_All_other_needs_and_conditions_for?= the meeting remain the same as the original solicitation.
