Small Business Set-Aside: Total Small Business
Description: NA Full Service Maintenance Contract for the John W. Flannagan Dam and North Fork of Pound Lake, Virginia. Contract will be for a period of one year with four one year options periods. The work consists of mowing, cleaning and selected maintenance at both p rojects. All responsive proposals will be evaluated by utilizing the following factors: (A) Past Performance (B) Management Plan (C) Equipment. Contract will be a firm-fixed price indefinite delivery type contract, competitively negotiated and will be aw arded as a whole to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and has been determined to be the most advantageous to the Government all factors considered. A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held at the John Flannagan Dam on 09 January 2004 @ 10: 00am. The NAICS code for this procurement is 561720. SIC Code is 8744. Basic Contract plus options shall not exceed $1,500,000.00. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business.
