Description

NA This project consists of a two phase Request for Proposal (RFP) competitive negotiation procurement process to obtain a Design Build contract for the design and construction of 108 dormitory rooms and community space with a gross area of 3564 square meters at Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio. This solicitation includes an Option for 12 additional rooms and an Option for Shallow Concrete Trenches. If the option for 12 additional rooms is exercised the gross area for the project increases to 3960 SM. The project wi ll require full design and construction for all architecture, mechanical HVAC, plumbing, structural, civil, electrical, and landscaping. The two phase procurement process includes the following: Phase 1 will include experience, past performance and technic al approach. Any offeror may submit a proposal for the Phase 1 selection. No more than three offerors will be selected to go forward to Phase 2. Phase 2 includes Technical Information, Project Management, Project Key Personnel and Betterments. One design/b uild contractor will be awarded the project. This project is available over the internet only.
