Description

The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire, through a total small business set-aside, two (2) Clinical Social Workers for the Fleet and Family Support Center (FFSC) at the Naval Station, Great Lakes, IL. The Clinical Social Workers will provide comprehensive intake and clinical services to FFSC clients at FFSC, Naval Station Great Lakes and at Navy Family Housing at Glenview. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated with a base period of performance commencing 01 April 2004 through 30 September 2004, with four (4) one year option periods. The RFP number will be N00140-04-R-0341 and the full solicitation and all amendments will only be available at http://www.neco.navy.mil . The Request for Proposal may require the submission of cost/price and past performance information. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that shall be considered by the agency. The NAICS code is 621330 and the Small Business Standard is $6M. See numbered notes 1 and 26.
