Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request For Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation number is FA664-03-Q-0025. The 482 Contracting Flight, Homestead Air Reserve Base (ARB), Dade County, Florida, requires a 20 Foot by 44 Foot rectangular hip shelter and pre-engineered package/blueprints. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-13. This acquisition will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 332311, the Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3448 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. A Firm Fixed Price Contract will be awarded. DESCRIPTION: 20 Foot by 44 Foot rectangular hip shelter with metal poly-rib roof, Tudor Brown exterior surface color, white interior roof surface, steel frame roof truss, steel columns, framework painted red-oxide primer. Pre-engineered package/blueprints. Line Item 0001, 20’x 44’ rectangular hip shelter with metal poly-rib roof, Tudor Brown exterior surface color, white interior roof surface, steel frame roof truss, steel columns, frame work painted red-oxide primer to include shipping – Quantity: 1, Unit: EA, Unit Price: $__________, Total: $__________. Line Item 0002, Pre-engineered package blueprints to be sent two weeks in advance of shelter shipment - Quantity: 1, Unit: EA, Unit Price: $__________, Total: $__________.
