- Solicitation Number: SP0500-04-R-0032 FSC: 5340 Nomenclature: Digital Combination Locks RFP: Issue Date 25 NOVEMBER 2003 The solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Price Contract to be awarded under Commercial Test Program. This procurement is an unrestricted acquisition. The procurement is for 2 competitive NSNs. The first NSN is 5340-01-498-2758, second NSN is 5340-01-498-2760. The total estimated value for the 2 items is $1,505,200.00. This procurement also contains an option to Increase Quantity Clause. Drawings are available at time of solicitation. The first NSNs is Qualified Products List (QPL) item, the second NSN has a FAT (First Article Test) requirement. Delivery is as follows: 60 day delivery to stock after approval or waiver of FAT. Offers will be evaluated on Automated Best Value System (ABVS). Source Inspection requirements apply as contained in the solicitation. Subcontracting requirements will be included in solicitation.
