- Description
- Department of Veterans Affairs Medical, VISN 7, Augusta, Georgia, requires the purchase of various orthotic devices for the period January 15, 2004, through January 14, 2005, with four renewable option years. Devices include double bar braces, knee braces, ankle-foot orthosis, metatarsal bars, arch supports, diabetic shoes, etc. A requirements contract will be awarded from this solicitation. The applicable NAICS code for this procurement is 339113 with a size standard of 500 employees. This procurement is unrestricted. The solicitation will be issued on or about December 1, 2003. Request for hardcopy solicitation must be in writing to the Contracting Officer. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. FAX requests will be accepted at 478-274-5578. Any and all questions regarding this solicitation must be in writing and faxed to the Contracting Officer. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will be available at the URL addresses. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
