- Description
- A/E services are required to complete the design for the compete renovation of all ward and spinal cord toilet facilities. It will include demolition of existing waterproof floors, ceramic tiles walls, acoustical ceiling and installing all new finishes. Includes replacement of all plumbing, light fixtures and accessories. Work will require new spinial cord toilet facilities to be completed as indicated. Estimated construction between $250,000 - $500,000. Area of consideration for this acquistion is restricted to firms within 150 miles radius and is 100% set aside for small business. NAICS code for this procurement is 5413330. Interested firms must submit SF254 & SF255 to this office by 3:00pm 12/18/03.
