Description

NA Pre-Solicitation Synopsis (Not a Solicitation Issue) This is a presolicitation notice as defined under FAR 5.201 and in accordance with FAR 5.203. The United States Air Force, 88 Air Base Wing, Wright- Patterson AFB, OH, plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about December 9, 2003 with a closing date of January 9, 2004 at 4:30 PM, Eastern Standard Time. The RFP will be for technical support services in the management of Automated Data Processing Equipment (ADPE) resources and the maintenance service of Intranet and Internet websites for the Air Force Research Laboratories, Sensors Directorate. The Government anticipates a competitive acquisition for the award of a basic contract with four one-year option periods. This RFP will be a 100% small business setaside, as defined in FAR 19.501, conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, ?Acquisition of Commercial Items?. After the release date of December 9, 2003, interested parties may access the RFP either on the PIXS or Federal Business Opportunities website.
