- NOTICE OF CONTRACT ACTION (NOCA). The Cryptologic Systems Group (CPSG) intends to award on a sole source basis a Fixed Price Requirements Contract for the procurement of Cryptographic COMSEC Equipment item and associated training on stall of the item, installation procedures, manuals and other technical documentations to the OEM, Mykotronx, Inc., 357 Van Ness Way, Ste 200, Torrance CA 90501-1488. This requirement was previously announced in a Sources Sought Synopsis in the FedBizOps on 16 October 2003 and subsequently amended on 7 November 2003. This proposed acquisition will include the following requirement: Annual Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ) 250 each, Benign Fill Module Kit, NSN: Not Stock Listed, P/N: N/A, Size: 6.5"W X 2"H X 8.25"D, Weight: 2.5 lbs. In addition, training on the install of the BFM kit, Operator & Maintenance manuals, Installation procedures, Test Set updates and drawing documents. Required Delivery: 90 Days after issuance of Delivery Order. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one (1) responsible source. The Government intends to make an award by March 2004. No technical data/drawings/Technical Orders are available. If a firm believes it is capable o fmeeting the Government's requirement, it may identify their interest and capablility to the Contract Specialist within fifteen (15) days of this publication. Those interested firms must indicate whether they are a large, small, small-disadvantaged, 8(a), or women owned business and whether they are U.S. or foreign owned. See Note 22.
