- NOTICE OF CONTRACT ACTION (NOCA). The Cryptologic Systems Group (CPSG) intends to award on a sole source basis a Fixed Price, 4-year Requirements type Contract for the repair of the KIV-6 Cryptographic Module to the OEM, BAE Systems (IESI), 450 Pulaski Road, Greenlawn, NY 11740-1606. This proposed acquisition will include the following: KIV-6 Crypto Module, NSN: 5810-01-439-8052CA, P/N: 0N616061-11, Annual BEQ: 7 each. Required Delivery: 7 working days after receipt of order and assets for Teardown Analysis and 45 Calendar days after receipt of funded modification for repair. The proposed contract action is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one (1) responsible source. The Government intends to make an award by March 2004. No technical data/drawings/Technical Orders are available. If a firm believes it is capable of meeting the Government's requirement, it may identify their interest and capability to the Contract Specialist within fifteen (15) days of this announcement. Those interested firms must indicate whether they are a large, small, small-disadvantaged, 8(a), or women owned business and whether they are U.S. or foreign owned. See Notes 22, 26. See Note 26.
