- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. The solicitation number is FA4814-04-PM02, Request for Quotation. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-05. This procurement is a Total Set-Aside for Small Business in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 532112, Passenger Van Leasing, the size standard of which is $21,500,000 in annual receipts (Not to Exceed). DESCRIPTION: This solicitation is for a one year lease with one additional option year of a 23 passenger luxury bus. REQUIREMENTS: Lease one 23-passenger luxury bus with the following requirements: CD Player, TV, VCR, intercom, back-up camera, air-actuated door, hydraulic rear step, aluminum exterior side walls, 130 amp dual alternators, ?? Sturdi-wood laminate floor, 50 state emissions, 55 gallon fuel tank or larger, 80% tinted windows, backup alarm, cab running boards, drivers/hostess captain chairs, gray ribbed rubber center aisle, cruise control, drive shift guard, automatic 4 speed transmission, engine & transmission coolers, full undercoating and rust-proofing, intermittent windshield wipers, gray velour headliner, heated remote mirrors, gray vinyl interior trim, luggage door with electric step, movable luggage partition, power cab door locks, power cab windows and door locks, power disc brakes, power steering, tilt steering wheel, valance lighting, welding steel cage body framing, black out paint around windows, dual A/C compressors, safety kit, retractable seatbelts, two arm rests per seat, reclining high-back seats, chrome or polished aluminum wheels. Vehicle shall be a new, unused, 2004 Ford Krystal Koach (KK) Model 28 Shuttle Bus or equivalent. All warranty work must be performed within a 50 mile radius of MacDill AFB. Provide pricing for the each year of the lease. Vehicles are to have temporary (paper) tags upon delivery; paperwork for, or the Florida license plates themselves are expected before the temporary tags expire. List, if any, the tag and title fees and whether they are included in the cost or not. Also your quote must list your DUNS number, CAGE code, and Federal TIN. If you need to obtain or renew a DUNS number or CAGE code, please visit www.ccr.gov. DELIVERY ADDRESS: Vehicles are to be delivered to 6 TRANS, MacDill AFB, FL 33621. The exact delivery address will be given out upon award. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Delivery of leased vehicles must take place by 04 February 2004. Lease period will start on date of delivery.
