Description

NA This is a commercial service for a Catholic Chapel Youth Director. Contractor shall provide services in accordance with the following requirements. The Government intends to award a fixed price type contract for a base year and two option years. Base year shall be from 01 January 2004 to 31 December 2004. Contractor shall plan and conduct youth group meetings, special events, doctrinal studies/Confirmation preparation, major retreat, weekend retreat, tag along retreats, community service project, volunteer coordination and training, coordination reporting, annual budget preparation, an annual historic report, Seattle Archdiocease youth ministry meetings, Catholic community social activities/fellowships, fund raising activities, and contact ministry. The siz e standard for any concern, including its affiliates with an average annual sales or receipts for it preceding three fiscal years shall not be more than $5 million. NAICS: 813110. All offerors must have completed CCR registration. Offers shall be accepted from all business concerns, but interested vendors must indicate whether or not they are a small business as well as any other vendor categories under which they intend to submit information.
