Description

NA The Fort Myers Military Community, Contracting Office has a requirement for Ground Maintenance, to include snow and Ice removal. All offerors shall provide ALL labor, supervision, material, equipment and supplies required to perform the following services , but are not limited to : trim, edge, cut grass and removal of accumulated debris (Police of debris); clear and remove brush; collect and remove leaves, fertilize grass herbicide, mulch, weed shrubs and flower beds, clear snow and ice from steps and walkw ay at Fort Myers Community, Fort Myers Va. This AWARD will be a FIRM FIXED PRICE contract with one base period and three (3) one year option period. FAR Clauses 52.217-9 Option to Extend and the Term of the Contract (Mar 2000) and FAR 52-217-8 Option to extend Services (Nov 1999) will be included. The FSC Code is S208, SIC Code is 0782 and the NAICS Code 561730, The Awardee MUST BE CCR certified. The Solicitation will be issued on or about 20 Dec 03 with an estimated closing date of 31 Jan 04. A 30 da y start/transition period beginning on 1 Mar with a full performance date of 1 April 04. Site visit will be announced in the solicitation.
