Description: NA NON PERSONAL SERVICES TO FURNISH ALL SERVICES, MANAGEMENT, LABOR, SUPPLIES, AND SUPERVISION TO MANAGE AND OPERATE THE ARMY OIL ANALYSIS LABORATORY AT THE UNITED STATES ARMY AIR DEFENSE ARTILLERY CENTER, FORT BLISS, TEXAS. The Directorate of Contracting, F ort Bliss, Texas seeks proposals for the management and operation of the Army Oil Analysis Laboratory at Fort Bliss, Texas. The contractor shall provide all services, management, labor, supplies and supervision . The resulting contract shall be a firm, fixed price, commercial type contract in accordance with FAR Part 12 for the period of 01 January 2004 thru 31 December 2004 plus nine one-year options. This is a 100% Set-Aside Small Business requirement. The SIC code is 8734, the NAICS IS 541380 which applies to business size $ 6.0 million. The date of issuance is 24 November 2003 with a closing date of 12 December 2003. Requests for the solicitation must be made in writing and accompanied by a Money Order or Cashier??????s check in the amount of $ 25.00.
