- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to award a contract pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. The Army Contracting Agency at White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico has a requirement for David Clark Company, Inc. 5-Channel Intercom Systems which consists of the following: 8 each 5- Channel Intercom Master, 3 each Channel Cards, 8 each Telephone Cards, 1 each Special Headset, and 1 each 1.75 Panel with Conn. for 2 inch HS. Walker Electronic Supply Company is the only known source that can provide these 5-Channel Intercom Systems. On ly this brand name of intercom systems may be used due to the compatibility requirement with existing equipment. The NAICS Code and the small business size standard for this procurement are 541690 and 500 employees. This requirement is set aside 100% for small business. Payment will be made by Government Credit Card. All offers shall be priced FOB Destination White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico. Anyone able to provide the David Clark Company 5-Channel Intercom System is encouraged to respond. The pr eferred method of submission is electronic email to kernsbj@wsmr.army.mil. The following provisions and clauses apply: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications, Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions, Commercial Items; FAR 52 .212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders, Commercial Items (in paragraph (b) the following clauses apply: 52.222-21, 52.222.26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.225-13, and 52.232-36) and FAR 52.222-19. T he following clauses also apply: DFAR 252.212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items; DFAR 252.225-7001, and DFAR 252.225-7036.
