- NA The 180th Fighter Wing, Civil Engineering Squadron, 2660 S Eber Rd, Swanton, OH 43558 has a requirement for a Contractor that is located within 50 mile radius of the Swanton, Ohio base to provide services for the leasing and laundering of uniforms to be wo rn by Civil Engineering State employees at the Swanton, Ohio facility. Contractors that are interested MUST BE registered in CCR (Central Contractor Registration database??????this is mandatory per regulation). This request is for information only; it doe s not constitute a proposal and does not obligate the Government in any way. The Contractor will be required to provide each employee with 11 uniforms each (two weeks supply plus a spare) for 13 employees, pick up soiled uniforms from and deliver the laund ered uniforms to the Swanton, Ohio facility on a weekly basis. The 180th Fighter Wing anticipates awarding a Performance Based Service, Firm Fixed-Price type contract with a base year and four option years. All interested contractors that are certified sm all businesses (with preference going to certified 8 (a) and/or HUBZone businesses) shall submit a SF 129 Solicitation Mailing List Application to the base contracting office via mail to: 180th FW/MSC 2660 S Eber Rd Swanton, OH 43558 in order to receive co mplete solicitation package that is anticipated to be made available on/about January 2004. IN BLOCK 14 PLEASE INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: DUNS NUMBER/TAX IDENTIFICATION NUMBER/CAGE CODE. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 812332 and the associated small business size standard is $12 million annual receipts. Telephone requests will not be honored.
