- NA Work shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment and material necesary to operate, repair, maintain, and perform tests for a wastewater treatment plant, a wastewater land treatment system, lift stations, pressure sewers, gravity sewers, and implement beach sampling and testing, and potable water sampling at public use areas located on public lands, Carlyle, Illinois. The contract duration will begin 1 Feb 2004 thru the next 12 months, with the Government's option to renew for four (4) additional one ( 1) year periods. Solicitations will be available on or about 8 December 2003 on the St. Louis District WEB Page at the address listed below. This procurement is set-aside for small business. See Note 1. All responsible sources may submit a bid.
