NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared under the authority of FAR 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items and in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in thi s notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is W91CRB-04-T-0026. Requirement is for Firefinder Radar Spares for the G overnment of India. CLIN 0001, 8 EA, Filter, Element, Air Conditioning, NSN 4130-01-092-3486, P/N 000-0801231-001. CLIN 0004, 1 EA, Switch, Sensitive, NSN 5930-00-803-4570, P/N MS24547-1. CLIN 0005, 2 EA, Switch, Push, NSN 5930-01-212-4756, P/N 000-0722062-010. CLIN 0006, 10 EA, Lamp (Fault Incandescent), NSN 6240-00-155 -7836, P/N AN3140-327. CLIN 0007, 20 EA, Lamp, Incandescent (Alternate is 6240-01-450-6461), NSN 6240-00-763-7744, P/N MS25237-387. CLIN 0008, 20 EA, Lamp, Incandescent, NSN 6240-01-092-2185, P/N 000-0803346-001. This is a Foreign Military Sales Requireme nt; purchase request BIN0433304Y001. FMS Case IN-B-UMK. Delivery terms are F.O.B. Destination. Awardee shall ship material to: American Embassy, 50G Shanti Path, Chanakyapuri New Delhi, India 110021. Offerors shall provide a delivery schedule with their proposal. Partial shipments are acceptable, however, shipments shall be as consolidated as possible to avoid items being lost in transit. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructi ons to Offerors--Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2 applies to this acquisition. Offers will be evaluated based on price and delivery schedule. While price is more important than delivery, award will be made to the offeror that provides the best delivery schedule for the best price. A completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items, must be provided with offers. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions- -Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
