Description: NA This solicitation originally publicized on or about 12 December 2003 is hereby modified as follows: Large Business Firms are required to submit a subcontracting plan prior to award of this contract. The Small Business subcontracting goal for this procurement is 60% of the total subcontracting dollar value.
